PersKussing is a two-bedroom farm cottage in Nieuwoudtville sleeping four guests. The bedrooms are furnished with two three-quarter beds. The rooms each have an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.

The living room is open plan with a small kitchenette, inside braai and north facing windows for sunny winter bedrooms and great views of the farm. The cottage is spacious and great for entertaining with a patio including outdoor furniture. There is a kitchenette with fridge and microwave and cooking facilities including a double sink.
There is also a small oven with hotplates, kettle and toaster. Wooden table with eight chairs and a seating area.

The Farm

There are many historical buildings to view for example the Smuts/Maritz office, the Waenhuis, the Opstal, and many more. For the adventurous people, there are also 4x4 routes and hiking routes that can be explored.

The seasonal flower routes like candlestick lilies and yellow "katstert" flowers are to be seen on these routes. A must to visit is the old graves, the "trapvloer" as well as the fountain and the old tractors.

As it is a working sheep farm, sheep shearing during spring (August) and in the autumn is very exciting as well as seeing the dogs in action getting the sheep together. At Gletser is a glacier pavement.
