Pendennis is located in the centre of Hillcrest, Durban, offering pet-friendly self-catering accommodation in two units. The property is right next door to the Hillcrest Medical Centre.

Self Catering Accommodation

Pendennis offers a 6-sleeper and four-sleeper unit, each with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge, a TV and a dining area. Access to a private veranda, private braai, and the kitchen includes a fully automatic washing machine. There is a 42" TV with an Openview decoder and DVD player. There is uncapped Wi-Fi available as well. The bedrooms and living room have air-conditioning.

Each unit has an enclosed garden space with a washing line which is perfect for your small pet.

On Site Facilities

The property is fitted with UPS/backup power during load shedding where lights and a few smaller electric items will continue to work as normal. We have a JOJO tank with a filtration system on the property for and when there are any possible water cuts. There is a private lock-up garage available with additional parking available in the shared parking area on the property. There is space to park your trailer if required.

Attractions

Durban is a mere 20 minutes drive, the Shongweni Farmers Market every Saturday morning provides a wonderful place to buy organic and fresh produce, and contributes even further to the feeling of country living, and the plethora of farm stalls, nurseries, country pubs and artists' havens mean that one doesn't have to leave the charm of country living or head off to malls to shop.

Unit 1 has three bedrooms. The first room is furnished with a King-size bed, the second with a double bed and the third room with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one of them is en-suite to the main bedroom and has a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The shared bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and a 1-plate induction stove that is powered during power outages. The living room is furnished with comfortable couches, a TV and a dining table. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. Guests have access to a covered patio with a braai and a spacious enclosed garden. Secure parking and an inverter that powers the lights, Wi-Fi and induction plate are provided.
