*Overnight stays are limited to a maximum of five guests. All guests included must be covered under the booking and payment. No parties/loud music or large gatherings are permitted at the property.
*Please supervise children at all times, especially around the plunge pool.
*Securely latch doors and windows when open, particularly during windy conditions.
*Pets are not permitted on the property.
*Please promptly inform us of any damage or issues that arise during your stay. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. This includes accidental damage, intentional damage, and damage caused by negligence.
*Intentional damage or damage caused by negligence: Guests will be held fully responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements for any intentional damage or damage caused by negligence.

*Maintain a reasonable level of cleanliness throughout your stay. We understand you won't be deep cleaning, but we kindly request that the kitchen area is kept tidy.
*Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly in the provided ashtray and not in the garden beds or lawns.
