Paradise 1 is a fully equipped studio with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. There is a lounge area with comfortable seating and a TV with DStv and Netflix. The fully-equipped kitchen has a mini stove, a gas cooker and a microwave. It has an enclosed patio with a built-in braai and a sea view. Paradise 1 does allow children, but not in addition to the two adults unless the child is an infant, for which a crib will be provided.

Paradise 2 is a 2-bedroom apartment and can accommodate 6 persons at a time. The main bedroom has a queen bed and a bathroom with a bath, shower, basin and toilet.. The second bedroom has two queen beds. There is a 2nd bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with an 8 seater table and a spacious, comfortable lounge area with a TV with DSTV and Netflix. The large outside patio has a built in braai with a sea view and a beautiful garden. There is also a sunken garden which provides an escape when the wind is blowing – this area has day beds, an artificial lawn and a kiddies pool.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
