The light-filled, open-plan living area flows effortlessly onto a covered deck, perfect for alfresco dining. Inside, the lounge is both stylish and comfortable, featuring four armchairs, a TV, a closed fireplace for cooler evenings, and a bay window nook, perfect for relaxing with a book.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a four-plate gas hob, oven, undercounter fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and coffee plunger, ensuring a convenient self-catering experience.

The main bedroom is tastefully furnished with a king-size bed, pedestals with lamps, and built-in cupboards, and enjoys a tranquil view of the lush, established garden. The bathroom offers a bath and shower combination, basin, and toilet.
