This fabulous four sleeper house offers two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds. There is a comfortable lounge area with a TV and DStv, a gas fireplace, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. On hot sunny afternoons, you can stretch out and soak up the sun on the outside deck whilst admiring the views. There is a braai outside for those gorgeous evening when nothing else but outdoor cooking will do. Facilities include indoor gas fireplace, outdoor braai facilities and a sundeck with great views.

Excluded / Extra

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

A breakage deposit is payable on / before arrival and is refundable 14 days after completion of check out inspection. A surcharge of R200 per hour or part thereof will be charged for any arrival later than 18h00, unless prior arrangement has been made. Check Out Time is strictly at 10h00 on the last day of your stay. Any house or room that has not been vacated by check out time will be subject to a surcharge of R200 per hour or part thereof, for each hour exceeding the check out time No Parties allowed unless prior arrangements were made and only the amount of guests per house allowed.
