A minimum 2 night stay is required over peak period 15 December - 15 January, Long Weekends and Event Weekends.
Rates exclude a mandatory CHC Fee (Conservation, Heritage and Community Contribution) per person, per night.
This CHC contribution is crucial for protecting the environment, heritage and uplifting communities in the areas we operate. The CHC contribution does not apply to children up to 11years, pilots or guides.
Conservation fee also excluded is payable at the gate on arrival.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
If booking is cancelled after confirmation, the deposit will be forfeited. In addition, the following fees will be levied:
6 weeks or less before arrival - 75% of full amount
2 weeks or less before arrival - 100% of full amount
