The main lounge comfortably seats 11 and features a flat-screen TV and unlimited Wi-Fi. A nearby nook provides seating for ten. A separate laundry room off the main house includes two washing machines, a tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board.; ; The landscaped garden beyond the patio leads directly to the beach, only 30 metres away. The property also offers a double lock-up garage containing a pool table, tennis table, dartboard, and other games, as well as a chest freezer. Additional parking is available in front of the garages for two vehicles. Security is enhanced by an alarm system connected to an armed response company.
