Olifantsbos Guest House

Olifantsbos Guest House is a three bedroom cottage that has one double bed, eight single beds and one bunk bed. The main cottage has three double rooms – one master with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. The annex has four single beds and a bunk bed. Bedding and towels are provided. The cottage has a fully kitted, gas-fuelled kitchen, a bathroom with a gas-fuelled geyser and an open plan lounge and dining area complete with a cozy fireplace. For warm summer evenings there is generous patio and braai area with a boardwalk leading to the beach. As the light are solar powered and water is sourced from tanks guests are asked to conserve energy and water.

All visitors over 18 years old will be required to produce their identity document. (ID), passport or alternative valid identification e.g. drivers license card for scanning upon entering/exiting the Park. A community fund of 1% will be added to the cost of all accommodation and activity reservations. Daily Conservation Fees are applicable and payable for admission and daily stay in any Park. There is a community levy of 1% that is added on every Reservation.

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
RESERVATIONS OF 9 UNITS AND LESS For a Cancellation made after payment of a deposit and prior to 46 days before Arrival Date no fee is payable. For a Cancellation made between 45 and 31 days prior to Arrival Date a fee equal to 50% of the total reservation cost is payable. For a Cancellation made within 30 days prior to Arrival Date a fee equal to 100% of the total reservation cost is payable. GROUP RESERVATIONS - 10 UNITS AND MORE For a Cancellation made after payment of a deposit and prior to 61 days before Arrival Date no fee is payable. For a Cancellation made between 60 and 46 days prior to Arrival date a fee equal to 50% of the total reservation cost is payable. For a Cancellation made within 45 days prior to Arrival Date a fee equal to 100% of the total reservation cost is payable. In the event of a non-arrival the full reservation cost is payable/ will be forfeited
