Clifton Beachfront Penthouse is truly in the heart of Clifton! First Beach is across the road. As you enter this apartment you get a sense of space and luxury with its minimalist elegance, designed to offer you a great holiday feel in the lap of luxury. The main bedroom has a King-size bed and full en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have Queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. The air conditioned apartment has a typical open plan kitchen/ dining/ living area, complete with enchanting finishes and is fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including but not limited to a Nespresso coffee machine, flat screen TV and sound bar, Marshall speaker, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Free high-speed internet, secure and uncapped Wi-Fi as well as comprehensive satellite including all TV channels. Lap up the views on the balcony with a cocktail or have sun downers on the roof deck, lying on the daybed lapping up the views of the Clifton beaches. The lounge leads out onto a patio with modern sliding glass doors revealing the most breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Clifton Beaches.

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.
