Ocean's 9

Ocean's 9 has three bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The room has sliding doors on two sides offering magnificent panoramic views. The second bedroom is also sea and pool facing and is furnished with a Queen-size bed. The third bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and overlooks the patio and fire pit. There is also a full family bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. The double volume ceilings and windows in the kitchen and lounge flood the living spaces with gentle light. The lounge is furnished with comfortable leather sofas, a large smart TV with Netflix, Showmax and DStv now. There is an inside braai / bbq for cooking which doubles up as a fireplace in the winter. The lounge leads onto a deck with outdoor furniture and a swimming pool. There is also a fire pit which has a specially made grid so that it can be used for braais / BBQs. On arrival at the house you will drive up our driveway into one of two single garages. There is additional parking on the driveway for 2-3 vehicles. From the garage there are steps up to the house internally or via our outside staircase which runs the length of our patio, should you wish to take the scenic route and enjoy the sea view.
