How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival any deposit or prepayment is forfeited.
Between 7 – 14 days prior 75% is forfeited.
Between 14 – 21 days prior 50% is forfeited.
Between 21 – 28 days prior 25% is forfeited .
Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation, or ‘non arrival’.
