Nuwe Lingen features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, convertible to twin beds, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and shower. Additionally, there is a guest bathroom with a toilet.

The third bedroom boasts a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and its own veranda entrance.​

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge areas seamlessly extend to the veranda through stacking doors. The kitchen is well-appointed with a fridge, stove, oven, and microwave, along with a separate washing-up area. Relax in the drawing room by the closed combustion fireplace with a good book.

Guests can stay connected with Wi-Fi and enjoy entertainment on the large smart TV with local DStv. Board games are available for family enjoyment, and guests can connect their own streaming services to the TV. The property also features a small splash pool and a spacious veranda area ideal for outdoor dining and braais.
