Rates displayed above are only a guide. Rates vary depending on number of guests, meals included (basis), season and length of stay and will be confirmed by Noupoort Mountain Estate on receipt of your quote request.

Rates shown are based on two (2) persons sharing the room/unit per night. Hover over the rate to view alternate occupancies.

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

• A refundable deposit is required to be paid by you on the date full payment is required and will be retained until up to a maximum of 5 days after the expiration or earlier cancellation of this agreement.
• We will deduct from the refundable deposit:
(a) - The full cost of repairing any damage and any other expense that you are liable for on the Premises and/or to the contents of the property
(b) - Any outstanding payment not settled on the Dining/Bar account
(c) - Lost keys - Replace Keys & Locks

Children of all ages are welcome.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
• If you decide to cancel the accommodation or event, for whatever reason you must notify us of your decision in writing
• The cancellation will take effect from the day your written confirmation is received, and the following scale or charges will be payable depending on when the notification of cancellation is received
• Prior to 56 days : Deposit forfeited
• 55 - 42 : 50% of total Invoice
• 41 - 28 : 80% of total Invoice
• 27 - 14 : 90% of total Invoice
• Less than fourteen days : 100% of total Invoice
