The villa accommodates up to eight guests in four thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The main suite is furnished with a king-size bed and offers an en-suite bathroom complete with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin. Two further bedrooms are each fitted with king-size beds and enjoy private en-suite bathrooms, both featuring a shower, toilet, and basin. The fourth bedroom is designed to suit two adults and two children. It contains a queen-size bed and a child-only bunk bed, with direct access to a private garden as well as a small kitchenette and dedicated workspace. This makes it a perfect option for grandparents, a nanny, or visiting family members. To complement the en-suites, the villa also provides two additional bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a toilet only. Quality linen, bath towels, and swimming towels are supplied for convenience. The open-plan living area blends elegance with comfort, offering a dining table with seating for ten guests, a lounge furnished with a Smart TV and fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen fitted with a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and tea and coffee facilities. Skylights and expansive sliding doors flood the interiors with natural light and open the home to panoramic views of the sea and mountains. Modern provisions include Wi-Fi, solar panels, an inverter, and a battery-powered garage system to ensure uninterrupted comfort during loadshedding. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a heated swimming pool with wide steps and a safety cover, a sheltered patio complete with hammock and sandpit, and a private braai area ideal for relaxed afternoons. The villa also features an outdoor shower, comfortable dining furniture, landscaped garden spaces, and secure parking in both a garage and driveway.

Excluded / Extra
Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

A refundable breakage deposit is required and may be paid in cash on arrival or via transfer before check-in. This deposit will be refunded after departure, provided no damages are found and the property is left in good order. Guests are kindly requested to look after the property with care and leave it in the same condition as it was found.
Smoking is not permitted indoors, and guests are asked to respect quiet hours after 22:00.
The maximum number of occupants allowed is limited to the number of guests booked.
No pets are permitted.
Parties, weddings, or similar events are not allowed.
On arrival, guests are required to present identification documents or passports, as well as sign an indemnity form. Where a credit card has been used for payment, the cardholder must be present at check-in and provide both the credit card and proof of identification.
Please note that credit card transaction fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or reversal of funds.
