Nivica 57 can accommodate four guests and is comprised of two bedrooms and a bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided; but guests are requested to bring their own beach towels. The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery as well as a central breakfast island with stools. For guests' convenience, a dishwasher is also available. The kitchen opens to a lounge furnished with comfortable seating and a TV with DStv and Wi-Fi. The living area leads, via sliding doors, to a covered balcony with outdoor seating and a built-in braai.

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

The following are not allowed at the property:
Any commercial activity, events, 21st birthday party etc.
Matric gatherings (even after their final exams),
Bachelor parties and hen parties, and
No under 21 year olds will be accommodated at the property without adult supervision.

All facilities are used at guests' own risk. The owner or manager does not accept any liability or legal responsibility whatsoever for any damage, loss or injuries incurred as a result of utilising the facilities or any other injuries or damages guests or visitors may suffer at this Holiday Home or on the property.
Smoking is prohibited.
Pets are prohibited in the Holiday Home, except by special arrangements for guide dogs for the visually handicapped.
Items are not to be removed from the house. The towels provided are not to be used on the beach. Guests need to provide their own beach towels.

The key- and breakage deposit is normally refunded within 10 business days after departure.
