Nine On S 3E has one bedroom furnished with a Queen-size bed which has a gorgeously rustic natural wood bedstead. The bathroom is fitted with a walk in shower, toilet and basin. The main living area consists of an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas oven and stove and a dishwasher and washing machine for guests' convenience. The lounge includes a flat-screen smart TV, Wi-Fi and a sliding door leading to the furnished balcony - the perfect spot to enjoy stunning views of the city and the sea in the distance. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the building's rooftop swimming pool and braai/BBQ facility as they relax or mingle with friendly locals. Secure parking is available on site.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Should the booking be cancelled 15 days or more prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be refunded. Should the booking be cancelled 14 days or less prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be forfeited.
