Neptunes Seat is a self-catering holiday home in Simons Town with fabulous sea views from a spacious and tranquil backyard paradise with a huge sparkling pool and lovely outdoor lounge and patio for al fresco dining.

Neptunes Seat offers exclusive-use holiday accommodation in Simons Town for six guests.
It has three bedrooms. The Master Suite is light and spacious, furnished with a King-size bed, has direct access to pool area and a full en-suite bathroom offering a bath, shower and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The third bedroom has two single beds and makes use of a family bathroom fitted with a shower over the bath, toilet and basin.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen which also has a gas 2 plate cooker for use during power outages. The open plan dining and lounge has a smart TV with Netflix and Wi-Fi access. There is also a UPS so Wi-Fi is always available.
Sliding doors lead to the patio area with a lovely swimming pool, braai facilities and sea views.
Off street parking is available for two cars in front of the house.

What can we say about Neptune,s Seat, it is exactly as you see it in the photos, a wonderfull home, in a superb location very well appointed with all mod cons nothing was left to chance, even down to Tea Coffee sugar and milk, in the cupboards and fridge when we arrived. Met by Barry who showed us around, dealt with our few questions, and stayed in touch through out our stay. our contact with SAV and the owner was refreshingly simple and they helped out when we needed to change our end date and stayed in touch thoughout the process IF ever we travel to the area again, and we do hope to Neptunes Seat is a must for us
