The Forest Huts are open plan and each sleep two guests in two single beds. The hut has a heater and tea / coffee making facilities. Each hut has electric points and its own braai facilities. The Forest Huts have use of a shared communal well-equipped kitchen, and ablution facilities. Two coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryers are available in the main ablution facility.

The Natures Valley Chalets consist of two self catering holiday homes sleeping a maximum of three guests each. Each chalet has one bedroom with two single beds and a sleeper couch in the living area. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The kitchen is well equipped for your self catering stay and includes a fridge / freezer, oven / stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. The living area opens up onto a decked area with outdoor furniture. Here you can make use of the braai facilities and admire the lagoon views. There is open parking available next to the chalet.

A community fund of 1% will be added to the cost of all accommodation and activity reservations.
Daily Conservation Fees are applicable and payable for admission and daily stay in any Park. There is a community levy of 1% that is added on every Reservation.
All visitors over 18 years old will be required to produce their identity document. (ID), passport or alternative valid identification e.g. driver’s licence card for scanning upon entering/exiting the Park.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
6 days or less prior to arrival (or not arriving at all) will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
7 to 14 days before arrival will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
15 to 30 days before arrival will result in a 25% cancellation fee.
If the arrival date of the itinerary is postponed prior to or on date of arrival and then cancelled at a later stage, the fees that applied at the time of amendment will be enforced if the amount is greater than the new cancellation fees.
Should the reservation not be taken up on the arrival date the accommodation will be held until 09h00 the following day after which the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit, where applicable, forfeited.
