Guests will receive a few days before arrival lodge information and location via WhatsApp. (Ensure that the lodge receives your preferred WhatsApp number when the booking is made).
On arrival, a representative will meet the guests. (If the office door is closed please feel free to contact us for assistance, Nr on the gate).

Guests will receive the gate codes (to enter and exit the premises).
When all the admin is complete, the representative will accompany the guests to their unit/s.
The representative will also show the guests around so that the guests are familiar with their surroundings.
We do request our guests to notify us via reception, phone call, WhatsApp or any representative on the premises if they may require anything.

Pertinent Policies

Travelling with children?
Children of all ages are welcome. Children 11 and under can stay for a minimum rate per night. Children 12 and over are charged as adults.


Minors are the sole responsibility of the parents, guardian(s) or the person or persons in whose care they are whilst at N4 Guest Lodge or whilst using the facilities. Youngsters must be under adult supervision at all times.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 2 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
