About Mountain View Country Inn

Situated in the heart of Lady Grey, Mountain View is a charming Edwardian-style boutique hotel that dates back to 1870. Rich in history and character, the hotel offers warm hospitality and beautiful views of the Witteberg.

Accommodation

The hotel offers 12 en-suite bedrooms which are child friendly and comfortably furnished. There are four single rooms, six double rooms, one three sleeper family room and one four sleeper family room.

During the cooler winter months rooms are heated and beds dressed with electric blankets. A number of the rooms boast fireplaces and antique furniture.

Nice old fashioned hotel. We were the only people but the waiter/manager was very kindly and he was also "the chef" and made an exellent candel light dinner. The place is very quit and nice.
