Mountain Marina Two Bedroom Premier 9 accommodates up to four guests in two spacious bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom features a queen-size bed. Both en-suite bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, and washbasin.

The open-plan kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area and is equipped for convenient self-catering, with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, stove, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living area features a six-seater dining table, television, and comfortable couches, with doors opening onto a private balcony furnished with outdoor seating.

The balcony provides a pleasant setting for relaxing while taking in the marina views. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided, and guests have the convenience of two secure parking bays for the duration of their stay.

Guests have access to several communal swimming pools within the residential complex, providing convenient opportunities to relax and enjoy the Cape Town sunshine. A communal gym is also available in the building, with guest access offered at an additional daily fee.

A duty manager is available 24 hours a day to assist guests and ensure that their needs are attended to throughout their stay. The apartment is serviced daily during the first week of accommodation. Thereafter, servicing takes place every second day as the standard arrangement, although alternative arrangements can be requested where required.
