Mont Chanteclair has four air conditioned bedrooms that are furnished with King-size or Queen-size beds. The rooms all have en-suite bathrooms fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. Toiletries, towels, and hairdryers are available for guests to use. The modern, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with tea and coffee facilities, a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and a wine cooler. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are also available. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table or breakfast bar. The cosy lounge offers a fireplace and a Satellite TV. Wi-Fi is provided. The living area opens onto a patio with lovely sea views, offering outdoor seating, barbecue facilities, and a swimming pool. Two kayaks are available and parking is provided.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
