The stay itself was great. Reception staff were amazing as were the rooms ans facilities. However, we were very disappointed that no one had informed us of the pageant that was taking place and that it would disturb the stay. The thumping music whilst having spa treatments was terrible - not really able to relax. The quad bike ride, for the amount paid, could have been a better or charged less. The restaurant food was amazing and some of the staff were great, but some of the staff didn’t understand what we were asking for and the service took a long time, even for drinks.

The overall stay was good and most certainly could have been much better. The telephone in my room was not working, reported it and it could not be fixed as that can only be done during the week. The swimming pool was very dirty and in the breakfast the service was very slow as the manager indicated that they were short staffed so the hotel was not fully prepared for the arrival of the guests it would seem they only opened on Tuesday and we were there on Friday.
