Cell phone reception varies from cottage to cottage.
Guests staying on the farm may entertain their day visitors, but day visitors or their hosts are required to pay a non-refundable fee of R50.00 per car per day or part thereof, on arrival at reception. Day visitors are not permitted to fish but may use all other facilities available on the farm.
Please note that the number of beds in your unit indicates the number of people allowed to occupy the unit (this includes children of all ages). If extra people have spent a night on the farm, a substantial penalty will be charged.
Drones and any other UAVs are not permitted at Millstream Farm.
There is a nominal fee per vehicle, payable at the reception area (Only Visa or Mastercard are accepted).
Linen and fresh towels are provided once a week. Should you require a linen change, this must be arranged in advance A nominal fee is charged per room.
Motorcycles are not permitted at Millstream Farm. Should you wish to, you may park your motorcycle at the entrance gate at your own risk. The entrance gate is approximately 1.6 km from the nearest cottage.
There are partially covered parking bays.
No pets are allowed at Millstream Farm.
There is approximately 500 m of gravel road after turning off the R540 before entering the farm. There are concrete strip roads on the farm. Off-road driving is not permitted.

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
