Milkwood Lodge 12 offers comfortable self-catering accommodation comprising three bedrooms and three bathrooms, thoughtfully arranged to suit families or groups. The main bedroom and second bedroom are each furnished with a queen-size bed and feature en suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. Both of these bedrooms open directly onto a spacious deck that overlooks the ocean, making early mornings and late afternoons particularly rewarding.; ; The third bedroom is furnished with a single bed and a bunk bed with an additional pull-out bed, allowing it to accommodate three adults and one child. The third bathroom is equipped with a bath, basin, and toilet. The lounge area is comfortably furnished to seat seven guests and includes a flat-screen television with an open-view decoder. Guests wishing to access DStv are required to bring their own HD decoder, smart card, and cables, as PVR and Explora systems are not supported. Air conditioning is provided in the lounge and in two of the bedrooms to ensure comfort during warmer weather.; ; A dining area with seating for six adjoins the living space, while the lounge opens onto a large patio and deck with uninterrupted sea views. This outdoor area is furnished for relaxation and includes a Weber kettle braai, because coastal holidays should always involve a proper braai. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for self-catering convenience and includes a gas stove, refrigerator, and microwave, although there is no oven.; ; Guests have access to a large communal swimming pool within the complex, as well as a shared laundry facility. Secure parking is available for one vehicle, with additional visitor parking provided behind an enclosed fence and gate. A private beach gate offers direct access to the beach via a short walkway. All linen is supplied for guests’ convenience, however guests are requested to bring their own bath and beach towels.
