How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Matanja Guesthouse reserves the right to charge the following cancellation fee should a confirmed reservation be cancelled within the following period:
• Balance of accommodation account is payable in full amount on arrival
• Cancellation within 14 days before date of arrival, forfeit 50% deposit
• Cancellation made prior to 7 days of arrival forfeit 75% deposit
• Cancellation, including no show or early departure within 7 days of arrival, forfeit 100% deposit
