Martilda Drive 762 features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom. The second room is furnished with a double bed and the third with one single bed. There is a shared bathroom. Both bathrooms are fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. General features of the property include internet access, a lounge area with a flat-screen TV, provided linen and towels, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Guests have access to secure parking, a garden and patio with a braai and a double garage.

Cancellation policy
Should the booking be cancelled 15 days or more prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be refunded. Should the booking be cancelled 14 days or less prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be forfeited.
