Maple Tree Cottage is a self catering holiday cottage sleeping four guests. To the rear of the cottage is the first of the two en-suite bedrooms. Upstairs is the master suite furnished with a Queen-size bed, air-conditioning and an open plan bathtub with a separate toilet and wash basin. Downstairs is the spacious second bedroom furnished with twin beds, air-conditioned and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob and electric oven and is open plan with the lounge and dining room which has under floor heating, air-conditioning, TV with satellite channels and a DVD player. Barbecue facilities are on the patio and parking is in front of the cottage. The Estate facilities include a Play Park, Tennis Courts and outdoor Swimming pool which makes it a hit with family members both young and old.
