Designed with comfort and simplicity in mind, the studio accommodates two guests in a well-planned open layout that seamlessly integrates the sleeping and lounge areas, while a separate kitchenette enhances functionality. The sleeping area is furnished with a king-size bed, and the bathroom is fitted with a shower.

The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stovetop, microwave, kettle, and toaster, providing all the essentials for convenient self-catering. The living space includes a comfortable couch, a television with satellite channels and streaming access, as well as a two-seater dining table, creating a space that is both practical and welcoming.

Glass doors lead out to a private patio, which is furnished with outdoor seating and includes a braai area, making it well suited for relaxed outdoor dining. Additional features include a heater, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and tea and coffee-making facilities. The unit is non-smoking and enjoys a pleasant outlook over the pool area.

Guests are welcome to make use of the shared facilities on the property, which include a swimming pool, landscaped gardens, and a laundry room. Secure garage parking is provided.
