13 Manhattan holiday apartment accommodates up to 2 guests in a comfortable bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and washbasin, while a cot can be arranged on request for guests travelling with an infant.

The well-equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a convenient self-catering stay, including a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The open-plan living space combines a comfortable lounge with a Smart TV, Netflix, and DStv, as well as a dining area. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also provided.

Two private balconies extend the living space outdoors, with one featuring a built-in braai and the other offering partial ocean views. These outdoor areas provide pleasant spots for enjoying an al fresco meal, relaxing with a drink, or taking in the coastal atmosphere.

Guests have access to secure underground parking within the building, while lift access provides added convenience when coming and going. The apartment's central beachfront position also makes it easy to enjoy the surrounding shops, restaurants, and coastal attractions.
