The ground floor contains the main living area and has a well equipped kitchen with a fridge / freezer, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, cookware, cutlery and crockery. There is a dining table and a lounge with plenty of comfortable seating and a TV with selected DStv channels.

The lounge opens out onto a patio that leads onto a pretty garden area. The patio has a table and chairs and a portable braai.

There is a swimming pool in the complex and lovely gardens where you can lie and soak up the sun, should you feel like a change from the sandy beach. The complex has secure parking.
