A booking at Makweti Safari Lodge includes/excludes

RATES INCLUDE
Accommodation in luxury suites, all meals, teas and coffee refreshments. Two safari activities per day, including game drives in open vehicles with a Makweti guide. Return scheduled transfers (13:00) from Welgevonden Game Reserve Main Gate or the Welgevonden Airstrip to Makweti Safari Lodge. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. The Welgevonden airstrip is now serviced by a flight three times a week, FROM 01 DECEMBER 2025.

RATES EXCLUDE
Beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), cigars, and items of a personal nature. Conversation levy current R330 per person per night (not included in rate). as from March 2026 this goes up to R360.

Transfers are available by road or by air to Makweti

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
If cancelling 60 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total.
