How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
50% of the value of the booking remains payable for cancellation of a confirmed reservation which is received between 1 month and 15 days prior to arrival
75% of the value of the booking remains payable for cancellation of a confirmed reservation which is received between 15 and 8 days prior to arrival
90% of the value of the booking remains payable for cancellation of a confirmed reservation which is received within 7 days of arrival and
100% of the value of the booking in the event of a "no show"
