The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the unit was kept clean throughout our stay. We had a good breakfast and the staff helped us navigate the area. The information about the reserve found in the chalets was helpful to guide what we could experience in the area.

Spent the weekend. View and scenery is beautiful. The service is absolute terrible. Coudn't get to sleep in chalet because employees would shout at each other outside the door to supposedly friends visiting them at night. Office didn't even open till 09:00am and we had to go on tubing before that. Staff clearly not very enthusiastic about delivering good service. Always on their mobile phones at desk instead of helping clients. Very bad!!!!
