Trout Lodge has an open plan living area with a free-standing fireplace for cosy winter evenings, four bedrooms sleeping eight (two double and two twin rooms), a very well equipped kitchen (microwave, stove, fridge / freezer) and two bathrooms (main en-suite). Both a shower and a bath are available. The decor of the house is tasteful and simple and provides a home away from home experience. As the nights are rather chilly, especially in autumn and winter, there is the added luxury of a duck down duvet and an electric blanket on each bed. The garden has large lawns and the views are spectacular. The house is serviced daily. Wood is supplied for the fireplace and there is a Weber for braaing but bring brickettes as the wood is not always suitable.
