Lituba Place

Lituba Place provides accommodation for a maximum of six guests at a time. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave oven, fridge / freezer and ice machine. The chest freezer is in the adjacent pantry. All cutlery and crockery is provided. The living area seats six guests and the dining room table likewise. There is a TV, DVD player as well as a DSTV decoder (please remember to bring your DSTV Smart Card). The lounge area provides access to the pool area through two doors, with a ramp at one door to allow wheelchair access.

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
1. Cancellation more than 14 days or more before arrival date: 100% of deposit refunded
2. Cancellation less than 14 but more than 7 days before arrival date, except during High Season: 50% of deposit refunded
3. Cancellation 7 days or less before arrival date, except during High Season: no refund of deposit
4. Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival date during High Season - no refund of deposit
5. Where possible we will try to accommodate changes to guests' travel arrangements
