About Little Kubu Lodge
Little Kubu Lodge offers the ideal setting for those wishing to experience the captivating charm of the South African bushveld. Located within the scenic Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate and in convenient proximity to Kruger National Park, the lodge provides a peaceful retreat where guests can reconnect with nature in its purest form.
Wildlife roams freely in the area, and it’s not uncommon to spot giraffes, zebras, kudus, nyalas, impalas, jackals, warthogs, and bush babies, along with a wide array of birdlife. On occasion, even leopards and hyenas make a rare appearance.
Accommodation
The lodge features six en-suite bedrooms, each opening onto a private patio with a tranquil view of the pool and surrounding bushveld. Bathrooms are appointed with either a walk-in shower or a combination of bath and shower. Five of the suites are furnished with king-size XL four-poster beds, while one room can be configured with two three-quarter beds either combined or separate, offering a practical solution for families.
Every room is designed with comfort in mind and includes a flat-screen television, bar fridge, inviting sitting area, outdoor furniture, and a Nespresso machine to add a touch of indulgence to your stay.

Little Kubu Lodge is delighted to offer all our guests complimentary a la carte breakfast served on our patio daily. Enjoy a hot coffee, cold juice, cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit and pastries while you wait for your hot dish. We are a short drive from Hoedspruit town where there are plenty of wonderful restaurants to choose from for lunch and dinners. Our recommendations are available in the information books provided in your room. Guests are welcome to enjoy the on-site swimming pool, as well as the braai facilities, shared lounge, and bar areas, each thoughtfully arranged to create inviting spaces where relaxation comes naturally. Guests are welcome to explore the estate by car, on foot, or by bicycle and experience the animals in their natural environment. Just down the road, the iconic Kruger National Park is home to Africa's Big Five: elephant, rhino, lion, leopard and buffalo, which can be seen on arranged game drives and day trips into the Park during your stay.On Site Facilities
