Lionsrock Big Cat Sanctuary offers comfortable accommodation on Kleinbloemhof Farm in Bethlehem. This peaceful location is a great place to unwind and relax.

During your stay you can enjoy a number of walks, game drives, mountain biking, quad biking and more. The living areas at the main lodge overlook the roaming animals in the park and this is a great place to enjoy sundowners after a fun filled day.

Accommodation

Choose from our Standard Rooms, Luxury Rooms, Apartments or Cabins, all offered on a full board basis.The main lodge has a guest lounge and a lapa area. There is a swimming pool and free Wi-Fi.

Experience

After your check-in at reception and pre-tour video, your journey begins with a scenic drive through the Sanctuary and will be followed by a dining experience like no other! Join our care takers as they feed our Big Cats, and walk above their feeding area for a perfect bird’s eye view. Your tour continues with a visit to the Leopard and Tiger enclosures where you will learn so much more about our Big Cats, their general behaviour, diets, nutritional facts, their unbelievable stories before reaching their forever home, and a bit more about our work here at the Sanctuary.

The Sanctuary

Our Sanctuary creates a safe forever home for over 100 Big Cats and raises awareness about the ethical and holistic treatment of wild animals in captivity. This pristine paradise, nestled in the valley below our iconic LIONSROCK, provides a beautiful, species-appropriate home for our animals. As a guest, you will gain in-depth knowledge about our Big Cats and their stories as well as overall education on the plight of Africa’s Big Cats that are under duress globally.
