Breakages / security and key deposit applies as follows: 3 & 4 Sleeper units: R800; 2 Sleeper units: R500; Guest Room: R300.
Please note that the deposit is payable 7 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made with arrival date less than 7 days, above mentioned deposits are payable immediately after the booking is confirmed with SA-Venues. Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances unless the deposit has been received. This deposit is refundable by bank transfer within 7 days after departure, once the unit has been checked and all found in order. Please note that the key deposit will be retained, and additional charges imposed if more guests than booked for are found to be utilizing the premises. Please note that a cleaning fee may be deducted from the key and breakage deposit should the unit be left excessively dirty or left in any other unsatisfactory state. Please furnish us with your banking details prior to arrival for the refund.

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under 2 not charged for if sharing bed with adults.
How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 80% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 35% of the deposit.
