No guests will be allowed to check in without signing our indemnity form. In the case of refusal to complete the form, your booking will be cancelled, and no refund will be made.
We will always try our utmost best to honor your preferred room choice, but Liedjiesbos reserves the right to re-allocate rooms without notice.
No brides will be allowed to dress at Liedjiesbos, if they did not book and pay for a bridal package.
No music or dancing permitted on the premises. We also expect guests to respect other guests by behaving in a good manner. This especially refers to making noise after 21h00.
Guests are not allowed to bring or make their own music or alcohol.
Right of admission is reserved.
No Pets allowed.
Neither the Hotel, its owners, their agents, contractors or employees shall be held liable for any loss, damage, destruction, injury or death which may be caused to any person or the assets, property or any other item of equipment or the likes thereof which may occur as a result of any foreseen or unforeseen event or any act or omission on the part of the Liedjiesbos, its owners, their agents, contractors or employees.

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 10% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 10% of the booking total.
