About Letsatsi Lodge
Situated just outside Vanrhynsdorp, Letsatsi Lodge is an ideal stop over on the N7 route between Cape Town, Namibia, Springbok and Upington.
Accommodation
The accommodation is built to impress, with luxury double units, single units and family units. The upmarket luxury units all have a Queen and ¾ beds as standard, for the small family. The en-suite bathroom is spacious and the outside shower adds a bit of adventure! For the “fussy” camper, stay in the comfort of a self-catering chalet with the unmissable feeling of camping in the “quiet outdoors”. These chalets, with their tented sides and windows all have an aircon and a comfy queen sized bed. The unique family units are ideal for a well-deserved breakaway, enjoy a nights rest in our luxuriously decorated rooms and an outside built-in braai for some quality family time around the crackling fire.
The Lodge offers braai packs and group braai facilities, camelthorn wood, postcards, bottled water, a wash bay and laundry service, overnight bulk freezing facility, swimming pool, giant chess set, on-site wildlife and 24-hour security service. The lodge is also fully licensed.
Breakfast & Dining
A buffet breakfast is included and served each morning. Enjoy a meal at the Red Ox Steakhouse where we serve a variety of culinary delights and superior coffees.
Pet Friendly
At Letsatsi Lodge we know that sometimes you're travelling partner may have four legs and different needs. So select units are pet friendly, but there are some rules:
Pets are not allowed on the furniture, and must be free of lice and fleas. We have tame Springbuck on the premises, so please keep your dog on a leash at all times, as you will be held liable for any injured or killed animals. Please ensure that your dog is with you at all times, and that your dog has been sterilized and/or is not in season.
Cleaning costs for furniture and/or bedding dirtied and/or damaged by pets, will be charged for on your account. Please consider other guests and clean up after your dog. If your dog keeps barking, please take him inside the Chalet.
Your dog is a welcome guest, and we shall do our best to make your and his/her stay as comfortable as possible. There is an additional charge per dog. No more than two dogs per Chalet.

For added convenience, each kitchenette includes a fridge/freezer, kettle, induction plate and microwave. Guests can enjoy a private porch with a built-in braai, with a braai grid and stand supplied. Some of the Diamonds didn't go down the Orange river, One huge gem came to Vanrhysdorp in the form of Letsatsi lodge - And that's what this place is - a real gem

We have stayed at Letsatsi numerous times. All was excellent, except for a water leak from ceiling of bathroom. The food was (as always) excellent! We will definitely stay with Letsatsi again!
