Le Touessrok 35 is a first-floor holiday apartment designed to accommodate up to six guests, within an attractive beachfront complex in Ramsgate. Access to the unit is via two flights of stairs, a small effort that is rewarded by sweeping ocean views. The apartment enjoys uninterrupted sea vistas and is conveniently located within easy walking distance of Ski Boat Beach, reached by passing through landscaped gardens, alongside a resort-style swimming pool, and exiting through a secure pedestrian gate directly onto the shoreline.

Self-Catering Accommodation

The apartment comprises three well-appointed bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed and fitted with ceiling fans to ensure comfort throughout the year. The main and second bedrooms open onto a balcony that overlooks both the swimming pool and the ocean, creating a pleasant indoor-outdoor flow. Two bathrooms serve the apartment, one of which is en-suite, and both include a bath, shower, toilet and basin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, featuring a stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and air fryer. A kitchen nook provides seating for four guests, offering a convenient space for casual dining.

The lounge is comfortably furnished to accommodate six guests and includes a flat-screen television as well as Wi-Fi connectivity. A spacious covered patio extends the living area, furnished to seat six and equipped with a built-in gas braai. Guests also have access to a communal braai area situated alongside the swimming pool.

All linen, including bath towels, is provided for guests’ convenience, while guests are requested to bring their own beach towels.
