Letlapa Metsi has five bedrooms in the main house and an additional outside guest suite. The main bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed. The other bedrooms are furnished with Queen-size beds and one of them also has a bunk bed. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The fourth and fifth rooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The sixth bedroom also has a single sleeper couch and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. There is also a guest toilet. The living room, kitchen, and games room all open up with glass stacking doors on two sides to the expansive patio with majestic elevated views over the Vaal Dam. The house has a bar and games room that form part of the main entertainment space. A stunning boma, braai, and pizza oven all sit adjacent to the stunning rim-flow pool and large covered patio comfortably seating fourteen.
