Travelling with children?
Children of all ages are welcome. Exception is the Ingwe Cabins which are not suitable for young children.
How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
A 100% cancellation fee will apply if a booking (or part thereof) is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the check-in date. A 50% cancellation fee will apply if a booking (or part thereof) is cancelled more than 30 days in advance.
