La Dolce Vita 117 has three bedrooms. The main and second bedrooms are each furnished with a Queen-size bed. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. There is also a shared bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. The living area is open plan, comfortably furnished and has a heater, smart TV with Netflix and DStv. Wi-Fi is also included. There is also a braai room with comfortable seating. The sheltered patio leads onto the private garden with a fire pit. Parking is available on site. The house also has a security alarm. Pets are welcome by arrangement and at an additional fee.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 15 days before arrival, forfeit 80% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 30% of the deposit.
If cancelling 31 days before arrival, forfeit 15% of the deposit.
