La Corisca 18 is a well appointed self catering duplex apartment located within a secure complex in Beacon Rocks, Margate. This inviting coastal retreat offers an excellent base for families and friends seeking comfort, privacy and easy access to the attractions of this popular seaside destination.
Self-Catering Accommodation
The duplex comfortably accommodates four adults and two children across three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an additional guest toilet. Two of the bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with two child only beds. The first bathroom features a shower, washbasin and toilet, while the second bathroom is fitted with a bath and washbasin. Bed linen is supplied for guests’ convenience, however bath and swimming towels are not provided and should be brought along.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a relaxed and practical self catering stay, and includes a fridge freezer, stove, oven, microwave, as well as cutlery, crockery and tea and coffee making facilities. A dishwasher and washing machine are also available, ensuring added ease during longer visits. The open plan dining and lounge area offers comfortable seating for shared meals and leisure time, and a smart television provides entertainment. Wi Fi access is available throughout the unit.
Guests have access to a private balcony with pleasant ocean views, creating an ideal setting for morning coffee or an evening unwind. The complex further offers a communal swimming pool, well maintained gardens, braai facilities and a secure area where children can play safely. Secure parking is provided on site.
