The apartment accommodates up to four adults and three children across three bedrooms and features two bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. The first and second bedrooms each contain a comfortable double bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with a child-only tri-bunk bed. Both bathrooms are fitted with showers. Fresh linen is supplied, though guests are requested to bring their own towels.; ; The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer, providing all the essentials for self-catering. The lounge and dining areas offer ample, comfortable seating, complemented by a Smart TV and free Wi-Fi for entertainment.; ; The living area extends onto a balcony furnished with outdoor seating and a gas braai, perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing while taking in the sea view. Residents also have access to the communal swimming pool, additional braai facilities, and meticulously maintained gardens. Secure parking is available for one vehicle.
