A booking at Kwafubesi Tented Safari Camp includes/excludes

FULL BOARD RATES INCLUDE:
Accommodation, three meals, selected beverages (soft drinks, water, beer, selected wine and spirits), two daily safaris and VAT at 15%

FULL BOARD RATES EXCLUDE:
Transfers, premium beverages and gate entry / conservation fees. Subject to increase without prior notification.

Kwafubesi Tented Safari Camp

Kwafubesi Tented Safari Camp offers spacious tents furnished with a double bed. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. The tents have a mosquito net and a private deck overlooking an open plain. Tents are fully furnished but have no electricity. The rates include accommodation, three meals and two game drives.

Children 8 years and over are welcome.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
All cancellation must be sent in writing to reservations. Penalties are calculated on the total of stay. All no shows will be charged at 100% of the total value of the booking. Cancellations 60 - 31 Days prior to arrival forfeit 50%. Cancellations 31 days or less prior to arrival forfeit 100%.
