This well-designed apartment offers sea views from both the patio and the main bedroom, and accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms. Each bedroom is fitted with a ceiling fan and furnished with a double bed. Two additional bathrooms are available, one fitted with a shower and the other with a bath. The main bedroom enjoys ocean views and includes a double bed, a wall-mounted television, and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven and stove, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, and also includes a dining table with four chairs. The adjoining lounge area features a television with Wi-Fi and streaming services, as well as air conditioning, and opens onto a patio furnished with outdoor seating and a table with eight chairs.

Residents have access to a communal swimming pool, situated within a private and enclosed area at the entrance to the complex. The location provides convenient access to extensive, quieter stretches of beach, fascinating rock pools, and the main swimming beaches of Ramsgate and Margate.
